Must have

outsourcing
our calls
to an
independant
call
center
specializing
in quality
customer
service
and able
to make
routine
decisions
on their
own. Must

good
follow
thru
skills.
Applicant
will be
responsible
for day to
day
handling
of
customer
concerns
and
routing
the calls
appropriately.
