Some items
are flat
rated and
others
have to be
examined
to
estimate
the
damage.
New
customers
are
invited to
call us at

or ship it
to us and
we will
call you
with a
price.
There is
no charge
to
evaluate a
repair.
How much
does
shipping
cost?
Shipping
on
completed
repairs is
calculated
at our
cost based
on the
customers
zip code
or the
customer
can
provide
their UPS#
and we can
ship it
back under
their
account.
What
forms
of
payment
are
accepted?
We
accept
all
form
of
credit
cards,
company
checks,
and
Paypal
too.
How do I
set up an
account?
Setting up
an account
is easy!
Most new
customers
just mail
us their
items with
some basic
info-
company
name,
contact
name,
phone
number,
email
address,
and what
is wrong
with the
unit being
repaired.
When we
receive it
we will
call you
to get any
missing
info over
the phone-

shipping
